Charlie is a "repeat offender". He built one of the first RV- 4's in Canada. He went on to finish an RV- 3, an RV- 8, another RV- 3 and a rocket. His RV-8 was the first in Canada to be finished, 1988. As well, Charlie served as president of the Ontario builders group for many years.
